52Job Description:CK Group are recruiting for an Analytical Lab Technician to join a resin and composites company at their site based in Heanor, Derbyshire on a contract basis for approximately 6 months.
Salary:
£12.77 – £13.79 per hour PAYE
Hours:
37.5 per week
Analytical Lab Technician Role:
- Analytical testing of epoxy resins mostly by thermal analysis and HPLC but the job could also involve FT-IR
- Data gathering, logging results and paper work associated with testing
- General housekeeping of laboratory
- Opportunity to be involved in method improvements
Your Background:
- A-levels or similar qualification in Chemistry, Math’s, Physics or similar
- Experience with the following analytical techniques HPLC or any thermal analysis would be advantageous
- Good eye for detail & team player
