A company is seeking an advanced chemist to join their team for training AI models. The role involves measuring chatbot progress, evaluating logic, and solving chemistry-related problems to enhance model quality. While a completed or ongoing Masters or PhD is preferred, other qualifications in related fields are also acceptable. The position is remote, allowing flexibility in project selection and scheduling, with pay starting at £29.67 per hour and potential bonuses. We are looking for an *advanced chemist* to join our team to train AI models. You will measure the progress of these AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model.
In this role you will need to hold an expert understanding of chemistry- a completed or in progress Masters/PhD is preferred but not required. Other related fields include, but are not limited to: Formulation Scientist, Development Chemist, Analytical Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Medicinal Chemist, Biochemist, Process Development Chemist.

Responsibilities:
* Give AI chatbots diverse and complex chemistry problems and evaluate their outputs
* Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance
Qualifications:
* A current, in progress, or completed Masters and/or PhD is preferred but not required
* Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
* Detail-oriented
* Proficient in chemistry and inductive/deductive reasoning, physical/temporal/ spatial reasoning
