Position:
What you’ll do
As a new member of our established Account Management team you provide the administration support and customer service to our clients and internal teams. You will deliver an exceptional level of customer service whilst managing a variety of activities.
Duties & Responsibilities
completing all admin duties relating to site set up and compliance
provide a pro-active approach to duties
provide feedback from clients about our service and ensure it is picked up internally by the right people
ensure all sites are compliant with our code of conduct – being ethical is one of our company values
build relationships with clients in writing and on the phone
manage all internal relationships in tech, service delivery and customer service to ensure client expectations are managed within agreed
look at growth opportunities that align with our sustainability and social value objectives
ensure best practice standards are adhered to
SLA’s and communicate issues in a timely manner
Requirements:
Who you are
Have experience in a customer facing environment
Demonstrate a proven track record of completing office administration tasks to a high standard
Display a passion for new challenges and for opportunities to improve standards to enhance our client relationships
Ambitious, forward thinking and innovative
Requirements
· You must be able to legally live and work in the UK
· This role is available as part of a hybrid working environment after initial 3-month training
Other information:
Salary: £24,000 with an added commission structure.
Office location: Lancing.
Our whole organisation benefits from hybrid working (if you want it). We want you to feel part of our team so throughout your first 3-months while you are training you will be based on-site.
Working hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm
Our selection process is as follows:
Stage one – call with one of our recruitment team
Initial Competency Based Interview (either on Teams or in person)
Presentation (in person so we can give you a tour of the office).
