Location: Aberdeen, AB21 9LD – Office Based
Salary: £12-£13 per hour
Hours: 20 hours per week
Contract Type: Weekly ongoing
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Administrator to join our client’s team in Aberdeen. This is a part-time, office-based role with a competitive hourly rate. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties, including financial tasks and data management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Raise invoices accurately and promptly
- Raise and goods receipt Purchase Orders
- Create and manage spreadsheets to perform basic financial reconciliations
- Reconcile figures from different sources and present findings to clients
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in SAP is essential
- Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel are essential
- Ability to accurately reconcile figures from multiple sources
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills to effectively present information to clients
