Administration Officer Responsibilities:

• First point of call for customers enquires
• Triaging applications to determine levels of vulnerability
• Completing assessment and registration processes
• Collating information to create full applications
• Liaising with external providers
• Supporting the team with any complaints and feedback
• Accurately inputting and maintaining confidential data

 
Required skills & experience:

• Experience of working in an administration role
• Ability to work under pressure
• Experience of working in a customer facing role
• Able to show compassion whilst staying professional
• Previous experience having exposure to vulnerable adults is desirable
