Your role will be pivotal in planning and executing a diverse range of activities from engaging games and lively dance sessions to being that essential social connection that brightens our resident’s days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and Organise: Develop and manage monthly activity programs tailored to our residents’ interests and abilities, encouraging them to stay active and engaged.
- Foster Social Connections: Create opportunities for residents to socialise and enjoy their time in the care home through a variety of activities that cater to all preferences.
- Maintain Records: Keep accurate documentation of daily activities and resident participation to ensure personalised and effective programming.
What You’ll Bring:
- Event Planning Skills: Experience in developing and organizing engaging events and activities.
- Creativity and Enthusiasm: A friendly, creative, and confident personality that inspires and motivates residents.
