The successful candidate will manage existing client portfolios, ensuring excellent service and optimal retention while identifying upselling opportunities. This full-time role offers a starting salary of £26,500 to £33,000, along with a performance-related bonus. Account Manager Introduction We’re expanding our team, and looking to hire an experienced Account Manager to join our customer-focused people in our Brierley Hill Office.
Although you will be dealing with existing clients, we pride ourselves on sales through customer service, putting the customer at the heart of what we do.
Within this role you will be provide a tailored service to our clients, acquire optimal retention numbers and support growth.
40 hours a week spent between the hours of 9am-6pm Monday to Friday Starting Salary: £26,500 – £33,000 with a quarterly performance-related bonus (Average annual bonus for achieving sales targets ) How you’ll make an impact During your first few weeks, you’ll be in our training academy where we’ll give you all the training you need to be a huge success in your new career with Gallagher! In this role, you can expect to help a variety of small to medium size businesses find insurance policies that meet their needs such as setting up business insurance policies and capturing information, whilst guiding each customer through their individual needs.
On a day-to-day basis, you’ll: Manage a portfolio of clients focusing on retention of existing clients through providing excellent customer service Look for all opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our range of products depending on the customers needs Support existing customers and clients with any mid-term adjustments and renewals information
