Are you passionate about providing excellent IT support? We are looking for a dedicated 1st Line Support Engineer to join our team in Wymondham, playing a crucial role in delivering top-notch support to our clients both via cloud and on-premises solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Client Support: Offer exceptional 1st line support to clients, addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth IT experience.
- Hyper-V and VMware Knowledge: Familiarity with vitalisation technologies, including Hyper-V and VMware.
- Active Directory Proficiency: Basic understanding and troubleshooting skills related to Active Directory.
- O365 Expertise: Experience with O365 applications, including Intune, SharePoint, and Exchange.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in 1st Line Support roles.
- Familiarity with Hyper-V and VMware technologies.
- Basic understanding of Active Directory.
- Proficiency in O365 applications (Intune, SharePoint, Exchange).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills for providing client support.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
