145Job Description:A thriving primary school based in Lichfield are seeking a 1:1 teaching assistant to support individual children across KS1.

You will be working:

• To support a child’s individual learning needs.
• Within a classroom environment, on a 1:1 basis with a child.
• Alongside a supportive staff team.
• To deliver subject based intervention type sessions .

This role would be suitable for you if:

• You hold experience supporting a variety of children’s learning needs.
• You hold strong knowledge on the primary curriculum.
• You have a relevant level 2 or higher qualification.
• You are an uplifting, positive character.
