Aqumen Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturing client we are looking to recruit an experienced Electrically biased Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team based in the Elland area of Halifax.

As a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for the maintenance of a variety of Machinery and Equipment on site ensuring that operators can work safely and that the machinery can operate efficiently.

The successful Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer will:

• Ownership of the maintenance function daily.
• Asset control including the development of the RM and TPM schedules.
• Facility Maintenance.
• Equipment Improvement.
• Implementing cost savings whilst improving performance levels.
• Optimising the overall Machine and Equipment performance.
• Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety requirements and supervise any sub-contractors required on site

As a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer you will be an excellent communicator and have practical, hands on way of working. You will be a good team player and be able to follow verbal instructions.

The role of Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer has acompetitive starting salary and a host of company benefits. The successful candidate will be working on a 4 days, 4 off, 4 nights 4 off 6:45am -7pm, 6:45pm – 7am (These include a 15min handover) with 20 days annual leave, pension scheme, option to buy holidays scheme, Cycle to Work scheme, retail discounts and free secure parking.
