Recruit4staff is representing a leading manufacturing business in their search for two Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineers to work in their facility in Bridgnorth. The company is offering a starting salary of up to £33,000, a permanent position, and benefits such as a company pension and free onsite parking. The Maintenance Engineers will be responsible for investigating equipment failures, participating in regular reviews, carrying out plant and equipment installations, and maintaining a high level of health and safety. The ideal candidates should have previous experience in a similar role, suitable engineering qualifications, and knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.

For the successful Maintenance Engineers our client is offering:
- Starting salary up to £33,000 depending on experience
- Days 7am – 3
- Permanent position
- Pension – Company Pension or Auto enrolment
- Great time to join a growing Manufacturing business

The role – Maintenance Engineer:
- Investigate all equipment failures, recommend and implement improvements
- Participate in regular reviews with the Engineering & Manufacturing team
- Carrying out Plant/Equipment installation in line with Planned Preventative Maintenance
- Involved in Facilities Maintenance
- Maintain the water tower and assist with legionella compliance
- Complete fire alarm and emergency light tests
- Providing minimal downtime to Production
- Focusing on Continuous Improvement
- Maintaining a high level of Health & Safety
What our client is looking for in a Maintenance Engineer:
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Possess suitable qualifications within Engineering
- Knowledge of Pneumatics / Hydraulics
- Able to read Mechanical & Electrical diagrams
- Experienced in Planned Preventative Maintenance
- Our client is looking for candidates who are Multi Skilled, ideally (70/30) Mechanical/Electrical
