Location: Edmonton, London
Contract: Permanent, full time
What will you be responsible for?
As Supervisor, you’ll be working within the Maintenance team, supporting them in day to day depot operations, delivery of works, briefings and managing of operational civils teams.
Your day to day will include:
- Being the lead for client, depot and operations
- Working with the Planning Manager to oversee highways delivery, briefings plus health and safety matters relating to highways maintenance
- Directly in charge of a small team of Operatives, depot tasks, premises management register and high health and safety practice
What are we looking for?
This role of Supervisor is great for you if:
- You are a great team leader that motivate and push others on
- Have previous experience working on high profile contracts with knowledge of building regulations, highways experience and reactive works
- Hold NRSWA Supervisor, Lantra accreditation, SMSTS and can drive / hold a driving licence
