104Job Description:Office Administrator required in Bicester. 

  • Around £28,000 annual starting salary pending experience.
  • Ideally 8:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday however possibility of part-time hours/school hours for the right person.

Due to continued business expansion our client, a UK-based specialist manufacturer of low volume, high quality, speedster cars, is currently looking to recruit an Office Administrator for their head office in Bicester.

Reporting to the Business Owners and working as part of a small team, as an Office Administrator your key responsibilities will include:

  • Administration for the senior management team using a range of software.
  • Using our client’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for financial inputs, customer contact information, and more.
  • Answering the phone and handling subsequent inquiries.
  • Providing HR/admin support and general office administration where required.

To be eligible, the successful candidate should display:

  • Proven organisational and administrative experience.
  • Competency with standard Windows software packages and enthusiasm to learn customer-specific ERP systems.
  • Ability to proactively manage a range of different projects and jobs at the same time.
  • Attention to detail, particularly relating to financial information.
  • Excellent communication skills, flexibility, adaptability, and a can-do attitude.
  • Previous PA or office management experience.
