*** Providing 1-2-1 support to a student with SEN requirments, across the syllabus.
Requirements:
- At least a 2:1 bachelor’s degree in psychology, or a related field.
- Passion for the learning of students with additional support needs.
- A flexible, understanding personality.
- Commitment to following safeguarding procedures.
- Previous experience of supporting students is advantageous, but not essential.
The Role:
- Providing 1:1 support, across the curriculum, to an SEN student.
- Improving the students’ understanding and attainment levels.
- Assessing the student’s classwork and providing constructive feedback.
- Working in close collaboration with teaching staff to adapt learning materials and lesson plans to suit the needs of the student.
