Laithwaites, a successful wine retailer, is recruiting Advisors to join their Inbound Customer Care Team. The role involves answering customer calls, handling inquiries and complaints, and upselling where possible. Full training will be provided, and the position offers a generous staff discount, free on-site parking, and weekly wine tasting. Hooray are proud to be working with Laithwaites, a very successful wine retailer, based in Brockworth, to exclusively recruit for several Advisors to join their thriving Inbound, Customer Care Team. The start date for this role is the 19th February.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the role:

  • Answering inbound customer calls regarding order enquiries, complaints, subscriptions and storage.
  • Upselling where possible.
  • Inputting and updating customer data, using their own bespoke software.
  • Any ad-hoc administration.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Full training will be provided.
  • Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook in particular).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience of working in Customer Service, Hospitality or Retail is desirable.

We are offering an hourly rate of £10.90 per hour. Please note, this is a full-time, temporary position, with an anticipated end date of December 2024.
