If you are an experienced, highly creative and ambitious Bar Manager/Assistant General Manager who has worked within a bar and a restaurant but my client is looking for a leader to take on this bar business and grow in the company to a General Manager, this business is a one of a kind in London.
My client is a leading forward-thinking, award-winning company, they have some very 3 successful high-quality Venues/Bas the kinda venues you want be seen in or you get out your phone and social media these sites to world, the venues are very much wet driven with strong emphasis on fresh ingredients in the dining areas. They are looking for an Bar Manager/Assistant General Manager to join this exciting company. The role involves working closely with the General Manager, you will be accountable for the team and dealing with the day to day operational side of the business which involves, recruitment of staff and implementing procedures and standards
The ideal candidate will have to have a passion for all things drinks, have lots of flair and be able to deal with day to day issues, regarding front of house and back of house operations, a passion to help drive the business forward from the forefront. You will be a good all-round Senior Manager, with a keen interest with dealing with the general public and ensuring their experience is one of the best….
