Role: Licencing Assistant
Pay Rate: £12.81
Hours: Full time, 36 hours per week
Location: Edinburgh EH14 2TF
Contract: temp ongoing

Licensing is an extremely busy front line service. We are seeking candidates who have excellent organisational and communication skills, who enjoy providing a high quality service to applicants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the processing of license applications, specifically Licence Applications for Taxi and Private Hire licenses
- Customer Facing – RTW / Licensing checking
- Constand stream of drivers coming
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the Licensing Service
- Manage a significant caseload with precision and efficiency
- Contribute to a customer-focused and collaborative team environment
