Recruit4Staff are proud to be representing their client, a well-established engineering company in their search for a Mechanical Fitter to work in various sites across Wrexham and Deeside
For the successful Mechanical Fitter our client is offering:
- Up to £33,400 basic salary + Overtime
- Monday to Friday 8am – 16:30pm
- Permanent role
- 23 days annual leave + bank holidays
- Death in service
- Holiday buy/sell scheme
The Role – Mechanical Fitter:
- Mechanical fitting, maintenance and assembly
- Working on gearboxes, generators, pumps and bearings
- Working on small and large marine crafts
- Stripping and overhauling marine crafts
- Working as part of a team to finish projects within deadlines
What our client is looking for in a Mechanical Fitter:
- Experience working on small marine crafts ESSENTIAL
- Time served or apprentice trained mechanical fitter or NVQ level 3 in mechanical engineering ESSENTIAL
- Knowledge if marine engines and propulsion systems ESSENTIAL
- Experience working from engineering drawings ESSENTIAL
- Great attention to detail ESSENTIAL
