Location: Aberdeen, AB21 9LD – Office Based
Salary: £12-£13 per hour
Hours: 20 hours per week
Contract Type: Weekly ongoing

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Administrator to join our client’s team in Aberdeen. This is a part-time, office-based role with a competitive hourly rate. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties, including financial tasks and data management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raise invoices accurately and promptly
  • Raise and goods receipt Purchase Orders
  • Create and manage spreadsheets to perform basic financial reconciliations
  • Reconcile figures from different sources and present findings to clients

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in SAP is essential
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel are essential
  • Ability to accurately reconcile figures from multiple sources
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills to effectively present information to clients
