*The Role: A Dual Leadership Opportunity*
We’re looking for a passionate, experienced leader to take the reins of both our children’s home and our domiciliary care service. This is a rare opportunity to shape two vital services – bringing vision, empathy, and excellence to everything you do.
As our Residential & Domiciliary Care Manager, you’ll:
* Lead and inspire dedicated care teams
* Ensure compliance with Ofsted and CQC standards
* Champion safeguarding and person-centred care
* Manage budgets, staffing, and day-to-day operations
* Drive continuous improvement and professional development
*What You’ll Need*
* 4+ years supporting young people in residential care
* 2+ years in a management or senior role
* Level 5 Diploma in Residential Childcare or Health & Social Care – or a willingness to work towards
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* A genuine passion for empowering others and making a difference
*Special Requirements*
* To comply with Ofsted and CQC regulations, the post holder must assume the role of Registered Manager and meet all relevant standards within an agreed timeframe.
