We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Team Leader to join our rapidly growing Landscaping company.
As a team leader, you will have good knowledge of hard and soft landscape construction and experience within leading a team, manging and running jobs from start to finish.
Responsibilities will include:
 Supervising and leading a team
 Tree and shrub planting
 Bark mulching
 Ground Preparation
 Grass seeding
 Turfing
 Grounds Maintenance
 Additional responsibilities
Requirements:
 Skilled in hard and soft landscaping operations
 Team player
 Ability to lead by example
 Ability to follow construction drawings and job work sheets
 Experience of using landscape machinery
 A full UK Driving License and own transport is essential – everyone meets at yard each day and travels to jobs in the company vehicles.
 CSCS card essential (we can assist applicants to get one)
 Daily organising of vehicle for tasks being carried out that day
Physical effort is a daily requirement for this position, and you are required to work in all weathers outside, working as a team carrying out the tasks given.
Usual working hours are 7.30am to 4.30pm (some jobs may run over)
Company PPE will be provided, candidate to provide safety boots.
Salary: Potential to earn £29-37k (self employed) You will need to be registered for Construction Industry Scheme (CIS)
Potential to earn 5% bonus at the end of each year if key targets are met.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £29,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
