Internal Sales Executive
Our client, a market leading electrical wholesaler are looking for a talented and ambitious sales professional with electrical wholesale experience to maximise and expand on their current and potential customer base.
This is a proactive sales role involving.
- Taking and making inbound and outbound calls from existing and new customers.
- Selling products directly to customers on the trade counter
- Good understanding of electrical products and electrical supplies.
- Clear telephone manner and the ability to provide exceptional levels of customer service
- A can do attitude – we always try to make it work for the customer
- Attention to detail & able to manage own workload
- A positive and hardworking attitude with the ability to work under pressure
- Previous internal sales sales in the Electrical Wholesale or similar trade industry is essential
- customer focussed with good sense of humour.
- Willingness to assist in other areas of the business during busy/holiday periods.
- Revisiting dormant accounts and approaching with a view to account reactivation.
