Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Information Technology Support Engineer at SVP Systems Ltd. Working either a 09:00-17:00 or 08:00-16:00 day depending on the requirement. The role will involve travelling to and working from customers premises as well as remote support from home. The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for undertaking the following duties:

Providing telephone and email support
Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software faults
Upgrading, repairing and setting up new hardware
Monitoring backup, antivirus and patch management systems
