We are now seeking an experienced Director of People, to play a pivotal role in nurturing this energy and ensuring that every member of our team feels supported, valued, and inspired to do their best work.

This is both a strategic and hands-on leadership role – one that will shape the future of our organisation as we continue to grow and evolve across our four sites. You will lead a talented People team, supporting the full employee journey and helping us to build a workplace that is welcoming, inclusive, collaborative and ambitious and always demonstrating Sadler’s Wells values.

We are looking for someone who brings both vision and empathy – a trusted advisor who embodies our values while guiding us towards new and better ways of working. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will work closely with colleagues to develop and deliver a new People strategy that ensures Sadlers Wells remains a people-centred organisation ready for the future.
