Bristol – Office Based Only
You are expected to have at least 1 year of cold calling experience.
Working within the Sales Division of Lead Forensics, you will be based in our Bristol office and report into the Sales Development Director. You will lead a team of up to 10 Sales Development Representatives, primarily responsible for managing their outbound activity and progressing them through the Sales Division.
This role would be ideal for somebody with prior leadership experience or the desire to move into a leadership role.

The ideal candidate must have:
Strong inner drive, resilient & winning mindset and energy to deliver results against targets.
Experience of making cold outbound calls and willing to get ‘stuck in’
A natural desire to personally develop and thrive in a fast paced, growing business.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Either experience leading an Outbound team OR the desire to progress into a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with Recruitment team to deliver high calibre Sales Development Representatives into the team. Holding first & second stage interviews.
Secure meetings with Key Decision makers through your own prospecting efforts (both outbound calls and multichannel)
Lead your team to hit their weekly, monthly & quarterly targets, both appointments booked, sat & revenue generated through weekly 121s, live coaching, call listening and roleplays.
Train and support your team through their promotion cycle (estimated 6-12 months duration) involving both upskilling and mindset management.
Work directly with Bristol Sales leaders and AE’s to ensure and continue the highest quality of leads from your team.
Work directly with Bristol Head of Sales to ensure constant stream of high-quality sales talent into the division.
