Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturer in their search for a Machine Operative to work in their leading facility in Telford

For the successful Machine Operative our client is offering:

• £12 per hour then £13.19 once permanent
• Days 8.00 am – 16.30 pm while on temp-perm, once permanent you will be on rotating shifts- 6AM to 2PM and 1:45PM to 9:45PM 
• £2.50 per hour shift allowance when you move across to the shift pattern
• Temporary – Permanent position
• Free Parking

The role – Machine Operative;

• Cleaning down the materials prior to the first stage of production taking place
• Collecting and finishing products ready for final inspection 
• Working with Aluminium, Titanium & Stainless Steel
• Machine operating
• Quality checking
• Following health & safety guidelines within the workplace
• Working in a fast paced production environment
• Meeting daily production targets to achieve customer expectations 

What our client is looking for in a Machine Operative:

• Previous experience in a similar role – ESSENTIAL
• Demonstrable amount of experience in a Manufacturing role
• Our client is looking for somebody who can demonstrate a Stable work history 
• Strong Maths / English skills are required
