Accept Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Bench Hand to join our client’s team in Leicester, LE2.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Match materials to requested design specifications.
- Manufacture items & furniture from drawings.
- Use power tools and machines to cut and shape wood and other materials.
- Assemble sturdy, well-constructed furniture using hand tools, wood screws, nails, dowel pins, or glue.
- Adhere to company quality procedures & guidelines.
- Comply with company Health & Safety procedures.
- Maintain a safe & tidy workplace.
- Work effectively within a team.
- Perform any other duties as deemed necessary by management

Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 07:00 – 16:00
- Friday: 07:00 – 13:00 (with optional overtime till 18:00)
Location: Leicester, LE2
Salary: £16.00 – £18.00ph depending on experience
Contract: Permanent, 40 hours per week
