Are you an enthusiastic and creative Early Years teacher looking for a dynamic opportunity where you’ll truly make a difference?
We’re seeking a passionate educator to join us after the October Half Term.
What we offer
-
A supportive, engaging environment where creativity, individuality and the fun of early years learning are valued.
-
Bespoke training and professional development opportunities tailored to your growth and progression.
-
The chance to work across schools within our Trust — share best practices, collaborate across settings and shape the learning experience for children aged 3–5.
-
A career development pathway in a Trust that has a proven track record of Outstanding schools.
-
A culture committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people — all staff and volunteers share this commitment.
The role
As an EYFS Teacher, you will:
-
Plan, deliver and assess high-quality learning experiences for children in the Early Years Foundation Stage, supporting their development across areas of learning and key transitions.
-
Maintain a nurturing and safe classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, creativity and collaboration.
-
Work in partnership with colleagues across the Trust — sharing expertise, contributing to continuous improvement and embedding best practice.
-
Fulfil your professional duties in line with the School Teachers’ Pay & Conditions Document, the Trust’s policies and statutory employment legislation.
What we’re looking for
-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
-
Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and a commitment to delivering high‑quality early years education.
-
Demonstrable ability to create a vibrant, welcoming and inclusive learning environment.
-
Excellent interpersonal skills — able to work collaboratively, communicate effectively with children, staff and parents/carers.
-
A commitment to professional development and career growth, aligning with our Trust’s ethos.
