Role Overview:

As SENCO, you will oversee all SEND provision, ensuring that every child receives tailored support to thrive academically and socially. You’ll:

  • Develop and implement inclusive strategies and interventions across the school

  • Lead and mentor teaching assistants and SEND staff

  • Monitor progress, prepare reports, and liaise with parents and external agencies

  • Provide specialist guidance to classroom teachers and school leadership

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified teacher with QTS

  • NASENCO or equivalent qualification

  • Experienced in SEND provision and inclusive teaching strategies
