– office-based c.£75,000 Our Bristol-based service sector client is looking for a high quality Finance Business Partner to support the next exciting stage of their growth.
This is a critical role within a fast-paced and dynamic organisation and will see you acting as a trusted advisor to the wider business.
You’ll be a qualified accountant with great commercial acumen, some experience of working within relatable multi-site businesses and the communication skills to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include: P&L reporting, variance analysis, commentary and insight to measure performance Analysis of operational trends, identifying implications and recommending actions Ownership of annual business planning and monthly forecasting Driving improvements in reporting, forecasting and other financial processes Decision support through the use of data-driven modelling Acting as a strategic business partner, providing financial insight Candidate profile A qualified accountant with good understanding of operational finance Previous experience of operating in a fast-paced multi-site organisation Strong commercial acumen with a data-led approach to problem-solving Excellent data modelling skills Good attention to detail and able to build strong relationships with stakeholders
