*** 1-2-1 and small group support for EYFS pupils with their basic literacy and numeracy skills.

Requirements:
- At least a bachelor’s degree with a 2:1 classification.
- Passion for the education and wellbeing of young learners.
- Dedication to supporting individual learning needs.
- Commitment to following safeguarding procedures.
- Previous experience of working with young learners, or in a school setting is beneficial.
As an EYFS Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting and guiding the development of EYFS pupils and their basic academic skills. You will play a vital role in preparing young learners for school life and ensuring they’re equipped with the basic skills needed to succeed.
The school is based just outside of Birmingham city centre and is notorious for the exceptional support they provide to pupils and staff. The headteacher has been with the school for over 10 years and prioritises high-quality education and pastoral support overall. For this reason, staff are provided with ongoing support, as well as excellent training opportunities to enrich the skills of staff and increase the quality of teaching.
