Senior Assistant Food & Beverage Manager 33,500 per year working 40 Hour Contract Based in Southampton Area
As Food & Beverage Manager You will need to have high standards when it comes to guest experience, understand the key performance indicators and be confident to take ownership and have pride in your work.
In this role you will also be the Hotels Duty Manager with the responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the Restaurant, Bar and Lounge.
To be successful you will need to understand profit and loss accounts, experienced in training and development and have a knowledge of Cocktails and current bar trends.
