Customer Service

• £12.42 per hour

• Part time permanent position – 22 hours per week: 10:30am start to 2:30pm. 5 days a week, including weekends and holidays

• May include one evening turndown shift per week

• Ensuring bedrooms and bathrooms are cleaned to a high standard, including vacuuming, polishing and refreshing linen and towels. 

• Cleaning and tidying our public areas ready for the guests. 

• Restocking guest room supplies, including linen, amenities, and collaterals. 

• Engaging with guests where required. 

• Report any maintenance deficiencies to housekeeping manager.
