Prospectus are proud to be supporting the a southern England health trust. Are you an experienced HR/OD professional ready to make a real impact? We are seeking an outstanding HR Business Partner to lead on employee relations, workforce planning, recruitment, learning & development, and organisational development within the Care Groups.
You’ll be a trusted advisor, working strategically with senior leaders to deliver the trust’s People Strategy and Being Brilliant Programme – driving positive change, shaping workforce transformation, and ensuring great leadership supports the delivery of high-quality patient care.
With line management responsibility for Assistant People Partners, this is a fantastic opportunity to influence culture, build capability, and support continuous improvement across a complex, unionised healthcare environment.
What we’re looking for:

• Chartered MCIPD (or equivalent experience)
• Strong expertise in HR/OD at a senior level within a complex organisation
• Proven experience in employee relations, organisational change, and workforce planning
• Excellent communication, influencing, and leadership skills
