The Role We are seeking an Experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join our firm.
This opportunity offers not just a competitive salary but an opportunity to develop and gain exposure with international as well a great work-life balance.
The types of matters you will be conducting will be: • Insolvency Litigation • Civil Fraud Defence & Commercial Injunctions • Commercial Debt Recovery & Enforcing US & Foreign Judgment in the UK • Contractual & IP Disputes Experience in handling Construction & Engineering Disputes will be advantage.
The work is to be carried out from our offices in Hull.
The Candidate Candidates will ideally possess at least 3 years PQE The right candidate for this role will be: • A strong leader and belief that you have a great potential and enthusiasm • Determined to succeed and achieve amazing results • Experienced in litigation & legal costs and funding • A great communicator with a confident and friendly approach • Courageous but able to take a balanced approach to risk • Able to set the tone to guide & support the team on achieving great results • Able to think strategically and engage in business development & building external relationships The Candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven track record litigation experience along with the capability to build on an existing caseload of commercial litigation law matters.
