Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for food, service excellence, and driving results? We are seeking an experienced Regional General Manager to oversee catering operations across multiple sites within our region.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you will combine strong financial acumen, team leadership, and client relationship management to deliver outstanding catering experiences.
What you’ll do:

  • Operational Excellence – Lead and oversee daily catering operations across multiple sites, ensuring consistently high-quality food and exceptional service.
  • Client Management – Build and maintain strong client relationships, managing expectations and exceeding satisfaction levels.
  • Team Development – Inspire, coach, and develop on-site teams to perform at their best, creating a cohesive and motivated workforce.
  • Financial Management – Take ownership of budgets, cost control, and financial analysis, implementing strategies to improve profitability.
  • Quality & Compliance – Ensure all operations meet the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, health, and safety.
  • Innovation – Collaborate with culinary teams on menu development to deliver fresh, appealing, and client-focused offerings.
  • Customer Focus – Monitor and respond to feedback, driving initiatives that enhance the customer experience.
  • Continuous Improvement – Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and implement best practices.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven leadership experience across multi site contracts.
  • A commercially minded manager with strong financial and business acumen.
  • Excellent people leadership skills – able to motivate, train, and develop teams.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first approach.
  • Commitment to high standards in food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
