Job Description:As a Welsh Speaking Customer Service Advisor in our Preston office, you will be an integral part of our customer service team, dedicated to providing outstanding support to our Welsh-speaking customers. Your role will involve handling inbound calls and emails, resolving customer queries, and providing accurate information in Welsh. You will also be responsible for maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and collaborating with team members to enhance service delivery.
