As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a motivated FLT Counterbalance Driver / Warehouse Operative to support our day-to-day operations at our Handforth site.
The Role:
This is a hands-on, dual-function position combining forklift operation with general warehouse responsibilities. You’ll play a vital role in keeping our logistics and warehouse operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
Load and unload vehicles, ensuring correct handling of materials
Pick and pack goods accurately for dispatch
Maintain stock organisation and assist with inventory control
Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and compliant with company standards
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
What We’re Looking For:
A valid FLT Counterbalance licence (essential)
Previous experience in a warehouse environment
A proactive, reliable attitude and strong team ethic
Flexibility to work overtime when required
