Rate of Pay: £11.56 + 30% shift allowance = £15.03ph
Hours of work: Full time: 12 hour shifts 6.30-6.30 with a mixture of days and nights. Some weeks are less shifts than others. Hours work out at an average of 42 hours per week over a 4 week period.
