Kier is seeking an Operative to join their Southwest Water Team in Exeter on a permanent, full-time basis. The role involves supporting repairs and maintenance services to ensure the delivery of reliable drinking water and wastewater services. Daily responsibilities include site safety, back-filling, reinstatement, and various ad-hoc tasks as directed by management. A full UK Driving Licence is required, and previous utilities experience is advantageous. Operative We’re looking for an Operative to join our Southwest Water Team based in Exeter.

Location : Exeter Contract : Permanent
– Full Time What will you be responsible for? As an Operative, you’ll be working within the Southwest Water Team, supporting them in repairs and maintenance services to provide reliable, efficient, and high-quality drinking water and wastewater services.

What will the day to day in this day look like? Your day to day will include: Be responsible for personal and site safety Back-filling open holes, tarmac/concrete reinstatement, kerb laying, site support Carry out any ad-hoc duties instructed by the management team or reinstatement team leader / ganger.
