Plumber

A qualified and experienced multi-trade plumber is sought for a 37-hour per week role within the Housing Division's Direct Works team. This position includes responding promptly to plumbing issues as part of the front-line repairs service, undertaking maintenance in vacant properties, and installing new bathroom facilities. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the team's efficiency and service delivery. An out-of-hours rota is also a requirement of the role.
