As the St Mawes/Idle Rocks hotel *housekeeper* you will be responsible for-
· To support your colleagues to consistently deliver an unforgettable experience for all our guests.
As a team our vision is to deliver an experience beyond expectation to our guests. We are looking for someone with a ‘can do’ attitude that is not afraid to put the work in and reap the rewards.
Preferably the right candidate would like to settle down with us and create a great career and future at the St Mawes/Idle Rocks Hotel.
· Changing bed linen and making beds.
· Replacing used towels and other bathroom amenities, such as shampoo and soap.
· Sweeping and mopping floors.
· Vacuuming carpets.
· Dusting and polishing furniture.
· Emptying trash containers and ashtrays.
· Restocking beverages and food items in the minibar.
· Cleaning public areas, such as corridors.
· Work to the checklists providing in your department, understanding and supporting their importance to the structure of the operation.
· Be a team player – understand your colleagues role and tasks and how your action influence the rest of the operation.
· Support in maintaining the staff accommodation at change over.
