A General Manager position is available at a luxury boutique hotel in Scotland. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the hotel operations, developing and training the team, maximizing revenue, and supporting the Sales & Marketing team. They should have previous experience in a similar role in boutique hotels, experience with the American market, and at least 5 years of 4* or 5* General Manager experience. Salary: Up to £110,000
Location: Scotland
I am currently recruiting a General Manager to join this luxury boutique hotel located in Scotland. My client is looking for a passionate manager who will lead by example and train and develop the team.

The successful candidate
- Previous experience in a similar role in boutique hotels
- Experience with American market
- 4* or 5* General Manager experience for at least 5 years
- Proven track record running a hotel
- Be able to inspire and motivate the team
- Strong business acumen
- Great customer service and fantastic attention to detail
- Have a passion for hospitality
