The BRIT School is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Stage Management Instructor (0.6 FTE) to join its Production Arts Department. This role involves supporting the Resident Stage Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the Stage Management department, including managing props and assisting students in production roles. The position offers a collaborative and hands-on environment, enabling the instructor to make a significant impact on students’ development in the arts. The BRIT School is renowned for its specialist education in the arts and has recently received an ‘Outstanding’ rating from Ofsted.

About the Role

Working closely with the Resident Stage Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the Stage Management department. From managing props and supporting students in production roles to contributing to lessons and production meetings, this is a highly collaborative and hands-on role.
