We’re recruiting on behalf of our client in the hospitality sector for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their growing finance team.
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, ideal for someone looking to build on their finance experience with great exposure, support, and potential for career development if the role becomes permanent.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Processing high volumes of purchase invoices.
- Matching, batching, and coding invoices.
- Reconciling supplier statements and handling queries.
- Supporting the finance team with data entry and general admin tasks.
- Assisting with month-end processes where needed.
What They’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years’ experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable role.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Accurate data entry and a keen eye for detail.
- Proactive, organised and able to manage deadlines.
- Must have a driving licence and own transport (office not accessible by public transport).
