Job Title Event Coordinator – High-End Events
Salary: £26,500 + Overtime + Benefits
Location: London
Our client is a prestigious Event Catering Business based in London, who work with incredible brands and private clients. They are seeking an event coordinator to join the team, delivering world-class events across multiple venues.
Key Responsibilities:
- End to end management and creation of smaller projects
- Supporting Event Managers on larger projects
- Quoting, planning, organising and delivering all aspects of catering events to a very high standard
- Creating detailed event sheets and staff briefing on-site
- Negotiations with suppliers
- Management of event budgets
- Supporting team members with their events as and when needed
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in event coordination or degree in event management
- Excellent communication skills
- Organised and efficient approach to their workload
- Passionate about events
- Works well under pressure
- Positive and enthusiastic
