Estates and Campus Mechanical Compliance Manager

The role is designed to bolster the mechanical compliance function within the Estates and Maintenance team, ensuring that all statutory and regulatory mechanical maintenance activities are executed efficiently and in line with legal and institutional obligations. This position will assist the current Mechanical Maintenance Manager in addressing identified compliance deficiencies and guarantee the prompt completion of necessary remedial works.
