30Job Description:Assistant Branch Manager / Sales Supervisor / Sales Manager required to join a leading supplier of mechanical engineering products and services.
The successful Assistant Branch Manager / Sales Supervisor / Sales Manager will assist the branch manager is daily operations, including sales, inventory management and customer service of MRO products and services such as bearings, chains, sprockets, belts, pulleys, couplings, pneumatics, hydraulics and or other MRO / Fluid Power products.
The successful Assistant Branch Manager / Sales Supervisor / Sales Manager will ideally have experience in management, and / or sales of MRO products such as hydraulics, pneumatics, filtration, hydraulic and pneumatic hoses, seals, gaskets, couplings, pumps, motors, valves, cylinders, actuators, gaskets, chains, belts, pulleys, or similar MRO / Fluid Power products.
Package:
- £40,000 – £50,000 depending on experience

Assistant Branch Manager / Sales Supervisor / Sales Manager role:
- Will assist the branch manager is daily operations, including sales, inventory management and customer service of MRO products and services such as bearings, chains, sprockets, belts, pulleys, couplings, pneumatics, hydraulics and / or other MRO / Fluid Power products.
- Provide knowledge and support to customers regarding MRO products, as well as other Hydraulic / Pneumatic / Mechanical Engineering products and services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Oversee and manage the branch’s inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment of products.
- Assist in the training and development of new branch staff
- Support the Branch Manager in administrative tasks, including reporting, budgeting, and compliance with company policies and procedures
- Laise with various engineering departments.
Assistant Branch Manager / Sales Supervisor / Sales Manager requirements:
- Experience as a branch manager / assistant branch manager / office manager / sales engineer / area sales engineer / area sales manager / applications engineer / branch coordinator or similar within MRO.
- Will ideally have experience in management, and / or sales of MRO products such as hydraulics, pneumatics, filtration, hydraulic and pneumatic hoses, seals, gaskets, couplings, pumps, motors, valves, cylinders, actuators, gaskets, chains, belts, pulleys, or similar MRO / Fluid Power products
- Determination, enthusiasm, and motivation to succeed and grow with a reputable mechanical engineering company.
- A technical engineering qualification, Apprentice trained, HNC, HND or Degree would be advantageous.
- Full clean driving license, willingness to occasionally travel customer sites in the Midlands.
