Play Ranger- Dover Castle

This summer, a collaboration with Taskmaster offers a unique entertainment experience at 17 heritage sites across the UK from 19 July to 31 August. Volunteers are sought to serve as Play Rangers, assisting staff at the introduction area, supporting task stations, and engaging with participants at the finish line, where trophies and photo opportunities await. In addition to Taskmaster challenges, a range of play activities will be available throughout the sites. Organisers are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to foster a warm and welcoming environment while aiding staff with various activities.

This summer, we’ve joined forces with Taskmaster to bring a unique entertainment experience to 17 stunning heritage sites across the country from 19 July to the 31 August. 

As a Play Ranger, you’ll help the staff team at the introduction area where participants will pick up their scorecard, support the task stations and meet people at the finish line where there will be trophies and photo opportunities, as well as their souvenir reward.  

As well as the Taskmaster challenges, we have a variety of play activities across the site that you can support as well, so we’re looking for volunteers who can create a warm, playful, welcoming environment and support the staff teams with various play activities across the site.
