Play Ranger- Bolsover Castle

This summer, a collaboration with Taskmaster offers a unique entertainment experience at 17 heritage sites throughout the UK from 19 July to 31 August. Volunteers, known as Play Rangers, will assist staff at the introduction area where participants collect scorecards, support task stations, and engage with attendees at the finish line, which features trophies and photo opportunities. In addition to Taskmaster challenges, various play activities will be available on-site. The organisers seek volunteers who can foster a friendly and welcoming atmosphere while aiding staff with diverse play activities.

This summer, we’ve joined forces with Taskmaster to bring a unique entertainment experience to 17 stunning heritage sites across the country from 19 July to the 31 August. 

As a Play Ranger, you’ll help the staff team at the introduction area where participants will pick up their scorecard, support the task stations and meet people at the finish line where there will be trophies and photo opportunities, as well as their souvenir reward.  

As well as the Taskmaster challenges, we have a variety of play activities across the site that you can support as well, so we’re looking for volunteers who can create a warm, playful, welcoming environment and support the staff teams with various play activities across the site.
